This property can be a cozy comfortable vacation home or used for Commercial venture. It is 750 sq meters with 22 linear meters of beach front.
The property was formally used as a restaurant and more  recently as a bed and breakfast. There are two master suites and two master bedrooms. There is a large beach front covered restaurant bar area with additional seating on the upper deck.
There are three buildings in total.
The beach front building has two levels. The kitchen, restaurant – bar area and two
bathrooms are on the 1 st floor.
The second building is also two stories and houses the 2 suites and 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. The swimming pool is between these 2 buildings.
The third building is set up to accommodate a retail store and storage. It can easily be converted into additional bedrooms.
There are two water sources, the municipal system and also the well. There is also a generator for backup electricity.
Las Peñitas is a 5 kilometer beach front community situated between two rivers
and a neighboring sprawling mangrove forest. It is just a 25 minute drive from Leon. The town has beautiful homes and lots of beachfront cafes and bars. The beach is long and wide where you can enjoy the sound of the lapping waves and
incredible sunsets. It is perfect for a lazy stroll or relaxing swim. There are
multiple good surf breaks up and down the coast.
