Beach 600mMonoloko Lodge is a wooden tropical lodge located at a walking distance from the beach in a remote and quiet community. The jungly fresh vibes of the garden and the frequent visit of wild monkey offers a soothing and resourcing venue.

The land is 1153 square meters built with an elegant wooden bungalow lodge and restaurant as well as a swimming pool and Yoga deck. It is located on the main road going from the village of Limon 2 to the beach of Jiquelite also known as Santana beach. The beach is located 600m away from the hotel and 5 minutes walk under the trees. It is seized by a metallic fence on the sides and back and an elegant brick wall on the front. The entrance is located on the road leading to the beach and frequently used.

 The property features an independent two stories house of 62,5 square meters.

The house counts two bedrooms, one office with independent access, one bathroom, an open kitchen on the living room as well as a large terrace and fenced garden.

The hotel counts four wooden bungalows (3,50m x 7m with 3,5 x 2m terraces). Tree Queen size beds independent bungalows with en suite bathrooms / hot water showers / ceiling fans / desk / closet and one two single beds independent bungalow with en suite bathroom and a 8m x 3,5m central swimming pool surrounded by a 93m2 pool deck. There’s space to built a 5th bungalow.

Located 5 -10 minutes walking from the hotel, the Jiquelite beach also know by the name of Santana beach is a pristine wild beach well known by surfers as it offers beautiful waves all year long due to Nicaragua’s geography. The beach is a long and wide stretch of sand kissed by the ample tides and joined by a wide river where local kids love to play. Santana beach is attracting a lot of surfers and tourists as it is on of the most beautiful of the Tola area.

The important wild life is present all around the hotel and makes an extra attractions for tourists. it is not rare to have multitude of birds, wild monkeys and iguanas roaming around the property.

The road linking Nicaragua’s capital Managua to the Tola area is now finished and the main international airport is only 103km away. The international airport of costa Esmeralda is located only 9,2km away from the hotel. The Costañera highway » a coastal highway linking all the pacific beaches of Nicaragua from Costa Rica to El Crucero has started to be built, increasing the tourism and improving the access to the pacific coast.
