Tom has called Nicaragua home since 2005 and has been working in real estate here since 2006. Over the years, he’s seen the area grow and evolve firsthand, giving him a deep understanding of both the local market and the coastal lifestyle that draws people here.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Dayton, which helps shape his easygoing, client-focused approach. Tom enjoys working closely with buyers to help them find the right property; whether it’s a beachfront home, an investment opportunity, or a place to simply enjoy life by the ocean.
